What language does memory speak? In „Ichibukischo“, whose title is a word from Bemba, the Bantu language that is spoken in parts of Zambia, Tanzania, and Kongo in Africa, that describes the act of recollecting, Clarita Maria explores the mutual contingency of images, memory, and language.
